Shop online and collect eligible products from our London stores. Select your preferred collection location at checkout where this option is available. We will email you when your order is ready to collect.

How Click & Collect works

1. Choose your products and add them to your basket. Availability for collection may vary by store and product.
2. At checkout, select Click & Collect and your preferred branch if offered, then complete payment.
3. Look out for your order confirmation email. We will send a separate notification when your order is ready for collection. Please do not travel to collect before receiving this notification.
4. Bring your order confirmation (on your phone or printed) when you visit the collection counter.

Important information

For age-restricted items, we may need to verify your age when you collect. Please bring valid photographic identification if required.

We normally hold orders for up to seven days after confirming they are ready. Please contact us if you need longer or have any questions about your collection.
