Collection in Store Option: 

Purchase over 10,000 products online and collect them from Decor Express stores:

Step 1: On the product pages or the basket page you can check stock availability than you can continue shopping or proceed directly to the website check out.

Step 2: On the basket page select shipping method as Collection In Clapham or Richmond Branch then click Continue to payment. Once you have provided your details choose review your order and make a payment.
             
Step 3: Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with order number. We will send you a email to let you know it’s ready to collect. 

Step 4: Go to the counter in store and your items will be ready for you to collect.Make sure to bring a copy of your order confirmation when you collect your order – either printed or electronic.      

Please note: Age verification checks will be done at the point of collecting the aged restricted products such as knife, axe,spray paints, glue etc. Valid proof of age need to be shown to the sales person at the collection to confirm that the purchases is over the miniumum age to buy those products. 

 If you don’t collect your order we’ll hold it in store for one week.
