At Decor Express, we aim to make delivery as fast, simple and reliable as possible.
Next Working Day Delivery
Most of our orders are delivered the next working day.
Orders placed before 2:00pm Monday to Friday are typically dispatched the same day for next working day delivery (subject to stock availability).
Orders placed after 2:00pm on Fridays will normally be dispatched on the next working day.
Please note that bespoke products, made-to-order items and deliveries during exceptionally busy periods may require additional processing time.

Free Delivery
FREE UK mainland delivery is available on orders over £100* delivered to a single address (excluding delivery exclusion areas).
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available on orders over £75 to the following postcodes:
SW3, SW4, SW5, SW6, SW8, SW9, SW10, SW11, SW12 and SW18.

Free Click & Collect is available from both Decor Express branches.

Delivery Restrictions
The following items are available for store collection only:

Age-restricted products including knives, axes, aerosols and certain adhesives.

Products marked "Store Collection Only" due to courier restrictions, including selected oil-based paints, varnishes and oversized items.
Next Working Day Delivery is currently unavailable to selected Scottish Highlands & Islands postcodes:
AB31–56, FK17–21, HS, IV, KA27–28, KW, PA20–78, PH15–50 and ZE.
Delivery Information
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 6:00pm (excluding Bank Holidays) using either our own delivery fleet or trusted courier partners.
The delivery service offered will depend on your order contents and delivery postcode.
All deliveries must be signed for unless the parcel has been sent by post and is small enough to fit through your letterbox.
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order. Decor Express cannot accept responsibility for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address details supplied by the customer.
While we always aim to meet our estimated delivery times, these cannot be guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, transport disruption, industrial action or other unforeseen events.
