It is now mandatory to wear a face covering while shopping. You are expected to wear a face covering before entering to shop and must keep it on until you leave unless there is a reasonable excuse for removing it.

There may be cases where our staff could ask you to briefly remove your mask for identity purposes such as collecting orders with the restricted products.
We are also selling face mask to help everyone stay safe.

Decor Express shops have been classed as essential retail shops and are open from Mondays to Fridays 7AM - 5PM and Saturdays 7AM - 3PM.

When shopping in our stores we continue to ask all our customers to follow the Government’s social distancing guidelines.
We are also offering online shopping with Click & Collect option, Local Delivery or Shipping.

Face coverings must be worn by retail and we are follow the government’s workplace settings guidance. Employees wear face mask/face coverings in our shops.

Our biggest priority is the safety of our staff and customers therefore we introduced additional health and safety measure in our shops to protect our staff and customers and prevent the spread of Coronavirus.

We’re regularly cleaning the surfaces in our shops, common areas like door, door handles, counters, card machines, scanners, keyboard etc are disinfected few times per day.

Our employees are wearing protective face mask and wash their hands thoroughly with soap and water for 20 seconds and/or use hand sanitiser.

Employees keep the safety distance with customers, therefore our counter are protected with perspex clear screens to reduce the risk of infection.

Decor Express shops are equipped with hand sanitizers, every customer who enters our shops should disinfect the hands.


We are doing everyting to replenish out of stock products as soon as possible. Sometimes the timescale may be extended depening of the supplier. When replemish product is receive our website will be updated.

Firstable, during the delivery you should check if everything is fine with your order and no items are missing.

When you already accepted the delivery and an item is missing, please contact us directly with the order number and product details so we can invastigate further. 

Delivery will typically take 2 to 3 working days. However, for orders which are placed after 12am on Fridays or on more bespoke items or during busy periods could take up to 5 working days. Please contact us if you require an expedited delivery. We cannot guarantee delivery dates and times as these may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Click & Collect

As soon as your order will be ready to collect we will send you an email or SMS notification. 

If you do not collect your order from store we will hold it for one week. After this time the items will be put back to stock. You might contact us to arrange collection or a full refund.

If you want to collect your order, you have to bring with you:

The payment card you used to purchase your items - for security reason we will check last four card numbers

Valid ID with photo

If you can not collect your order personally please contact us directly. The person collecting your order MUST present all documents needed for collection. We will not take responsibility for order collecting by other person. 


We accept payments by credit or debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. For orders online we accept payment cards and PayPal.

Unfortunately, if you have a credit accounts with us you can only use it in one of our store.  

Returns & Cancellations

If you choose to cancel an order that you have not yet received, please call us on 0207 2281 122 to inform us whether you would like a refund or exchange. To speed up the process, please have your order number to hand before calling.

Once we have received your request, we'll provide you with cancellation form to fill out and we'll contact you to process your cancellation.

According to the UK law, we have to provide you with the Cancellation Form in order to cancel an order. If you are unable to fill out the form please call us on 0207 228 1122 or email: to find one of the other methods of cancellation/return more convenient.

If you are not satisfied with the products and would like to return it please notify us within 30 days of receipt of your order. Returns can only be processed with proof of purchase: the sales receipt or an online sales invoice, and Return Form.

If you would like to exchange products please notify us within 30 days of receipt of your order. Exchanges can only be processed with proof of purchase: the sales receipt or an online sales invoice and Exchange Form.

If you want to return or exchange item purchased online please send it back to Decor Express Ltd, 44-48 Lavender Hill, SW11 5RH. Please remember to attach Return Form

If you noticed that your parcel/box is damaged please do not accept the delivery, refuse the parcel and it will be returned to our store for the full refund.

If you have received your delivery and products are damaged inside the box, please contact us immediately with your order reference, full details of the products and photos of damaged items so that our teams can resolve this for you.

Please note that the damaged items need to be reported the same or next day for the full refund.

We are highly recommend to return item same method as purchased.  Alternatively you can bring this item to one of our branch with Return Form. Refund will be made within 2-3 working days. We won't be able to do refund in store. 

Your right of cancellation does not apply to: tinted paint, cut cable, special order items, cut ditra matting, used or opened items.

Refunds to card can take 3-5 working days, refunds to PayPal can take 5-10 working days. If you have not received your refund within 28 days please contact us.
