At Decor Express, we aim to make delivery as fast, simple and reliable as possible.
Next Working Day Delivery
Most orders are delivered on the next working day.
Our cut-off time for Next Working Day Delivery is 2:00pm, Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 2:00pm are typically dispatched the same day for delivery on the next working day, subject to stock availability.
Orders placed after 2:00pm will be dispatched on the following working day. Orders placed after 2:00pm on Friday or at any time on Saturday or Sunday will normally be dispatched on Monday (or the next working day if Monday is a bank holiday).
Please note that bespoke and made-to-order products, as well as orders placed during exceptionally busy periods, may require additional processing time.

Delivery Restrictions
The following items are available for store collection only:

Age-restricted products including knives, axes, aerosols and certain adhesives.

Products marked "Store Collection Only" due to courier restrictions, including selected oil-based paints, varnishes and oversized items.
Next Working Day Delivery is currently unavailable to selected Scottish Highlands & Islands postcodes:
AB31–56, FK17–21, HS, IV, KA27–28, KW, PA20–78, PH15–50 and ZE.
Delivery Information
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 6:00pm (excluding Bank Holidays) using either our own delivery fleet or trusted courier partners.
The delivery service offered will depend on your order contents and delivery postcode.
All deliveries must be signed for unless the parcel has been sent by post and is small enough to fit through your letterbox.
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order. Decor Express cannot accept responsibility for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address details supplied by the customer.
While we always aim to meet our estimated delivery times, these cannot be guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, transport disruption, industrial action or other unforeseen events.
