Returns Policy

At Decor Express, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please contact us first so we can advise you on the next steps.

Mixed-to-Order Paints

Please note that paints mixed to your chosen colour are made specifically for your order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

This includes tinted paints, colour-matched paints and any paint mixed to a selected colour, finish or size.

Please check your colour, finish and size carefully before placing your order.

Returning Eligible Items

Unwanted items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:

• unused,

• unopened,

• in their original packaging,

• in a resalable condition,

• accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will review the case and arrange a replacement, refund or suitable resolution where applicable.

Store Collection Only / Restricted Items

Some products cannot be returned due to courier, safety or product restrictions. This may include aerosols, adhesives, sharp tools, oil-based products, varnishes and items marked as Store Collection Only.
