Little Greene Asterid Wallpaper is a large-scale floral mural from the Archive Trails II collection. Rather than being developed from a conventional wallpaper pattern, Asterid reinterprets a finely detailed mid-20th-century illustrative painting, reflecting the fashionable hand-painted murals that preceded commercially produced scenic wallpapers.
Available in Lantern, Mint, Island and Nightshade, the design uses a three-panel composition to create a repeating floral trail with the character and delicacy of an artist’s original painting. Its expansive scale is especially effective in bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms and statement spaces where the wall treatment is intended to become the focal point.
Printed on a non-woven base for Paste the Wall application, each roll measures 10.05 m × 52 cm. The mural repeat is 1.56 m across × 3.25 m high and the wallpaper is washable. Because Asterid is a mural-format design, quantities must be assessed using its three-panel layout rather than a conventional straight or half-drop roll calculation.
