Covid-19 Updates

Dear Customers,

Following the latest government guidance, it is recommended to wear a face covering in our shops. 

We encourage people to place the order online or order over the phone before visiting the store to help keep queuing down to a minimum.

Collection in Store - you can still collect the order from our Clapham and Richmond store, once you receive your order collection confirmation. We request that you respect these social distancing guidelines when you collect items from our store.

Local Delivery - we are trying our best to deliver the products within our local delivery post code zone. We offer contact-free delivery just let us know by adding the notes where you would like the driver to leave your parcel.

Shipping - we use third party couriers services and we are working hard to ensure that all orders are dispatched however there might be occasions where some delays are experienced against the delivery date confirmed due to the high demand. Please track the progress of your order using the tracking link.

 

 

Our biggest priority is the safety of our staff and customers therefore we introduced additional health and safety measure in our shops to protect our staff and customers and prevent the spread of Coronavirus.

We’re regularly:

- cleaning the surfaces in our shops,

- wearing masks and gloves,

- keeping minimum number of customers

- keeping the safety distance with customers.

In addition the clear polyester has been used to create a physical barrier between employees and customers and we asked all our customers to  wear  face coverings when visiting our stores.
