Sample Pot Refund Offer – Terms & Conditions

Purchase a sample pot and shop with confidence. If you decide to purchase a qualifying 5L paint tin in the same colour within 30 days, we'll refund the cost of your sample pot.

How the Offer Works

1. Purchase a qualifying sample pot or tester.
2. Purchase a qualifying 5L paint tin in the same colour within 30 days of the sample pot purchase.
3. Contact Decor Express with your order details and we'll arrange your refund.

Eligibility

• The sample pot and 5L paint tin must be the same colour.
• The 5L paint tin must be purchased within 30 days of the sample pot purchase.
• The sample pot and qualifying paint purchase must be made using the same customer details or be otherwise verifiable by Decor Express.
• One sample pot refund is available per qualifying 5L paint tin purchased.
• Multiple sample pots may be refunded where a corresponding qualifying 5L paint tin in the same colour has been purchased.

Exclusions

• The offer does not apply to paint sizes other than qualifying 5L tins.
• The offer cannot be combined with any other sample pot refund promotion unless stated otherwise.
• Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the sample pot purchase may not be eligible.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued following verification of the qualifying orders.
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method wherever possible.
• Decor Express reserves the right to refuse a refund where the qualifying purchase criteria have not been met.
